Y17 Terms & Conditions — Rules and Conditions of Use

To open an account on the y17 platform, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. A user may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

The y17 platform may only be used for lawful entertainment purposes. Any form of fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or other dishonest methods on the platform is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately. Users may not harass, intimidate, or insult other members. Any technical vulnerabilities or bugs discovered on the platform should be reported to us immediately rather than exploited. y17 reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time, and continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

All financial transactions on y17 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and local payment methods are supported. When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name; transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted. Identity verification may be mandatory for withdrawals. If suspicious financial activity is detected, y17 reserves the right to place transactions on hold and conduct any necessary investigation. All transactions are processed through secure encrypted channels, and keeping your financial information safe is our priority.

All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and other elements on the y17 platform are the exclusive property of y17. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from the platform without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks or logos displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Conducting any activity that imitates y17's brand identity or logo is legally punishable. The y17 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or freedom from errors. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. y17 shall not be held liable for any financial losses arising from participation in gaming activities. Users shall use the platform at their own discretion and responsibility, and must comply with responsible gaming policies. y17 bears no liability for any matters related to third-party websites or services.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between y17 and a user will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain fully in effect. y17 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and users will be notified of significant changes as far as reasonably possible.

Users may voluntarily request to close their account at any time, and the support team will process the request in a timely manner. y17 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, or other misconduct. Even after account closure, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, subject to the verification process. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, y17 may take action in accordance with its specific policies.
